Born from Experience.
Built for Everyone.
When the mental health system failed our families, we saw what millions experience every day. Minds United exists to change that.
Our Mission
To ensure that anyone who needs mental health support can access it—regardless of awareness, accessibility, or affordability barriers.
Awareness
Educating the public about mental health, reducing stigma, and helping people recognize when they or someone they love needs help.
Access
Helping people find and connect with the right mental health services—therapists, psychiatrists, support groups, and crisis resources.
Affordability
Providing financial support and partnerships to lower costs so that money never stands between someone and the care they need.
Our Story
Minds United was born from heartbreak and resolve. When the mental health system failed our families, we saw what millions experience every day—long waits, high costs, and too few resources for people in crisis.
We watched people we love struggle to access care. Insurance didn't cover enough sessions. Waitlists were six months long. Free clinics were overwhelmed. And when help finally came, it was often too late to prevent years of unnecessary suffering.
That's when we realized: mental health care in America works for people with money and time. But for everyone else—the single parents working two jobs, the young adults on their own for the first time, the families barely making ends meet—the system leaves them behind.
No one should have to choose between getting help and paying rent. No one should suffer alone because they don't know where to start. No one should wait months for care when they need it today. That's why we created Minds United.
